Who is responsible for your data

The website is run by PATRICIA SONODA COSTA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) No. 62.767.866/0001-80, based in Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, who signs her work as Sonoodles Art Studio. She is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.

What data we receive

• Quote form: name, email, project type and the message you write. We only receive what you fill in and send.
• WhatsApp chat: when you contact us through the website buttons, we receive your number, your profile name and the content of the conversation. WhatsApp is a Meta service and follows its own privacy policy.
• Technical access data: as with any website, the hosting company automatically logs information such as IP address, date and time of access and browser type, to keep the website running and protected.

The website does not use cookies, audience analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or ads. We do not ask for sensitive data and ask you not to send it in your messages.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your message, understand your project and send a quote — legal basis: preliminary steps related to a contract, at the data subject's request (LGPD, art. 7, V).
• To keep the website secure and running — legal basis: legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX).

We do not use your data to send advertising or for any purpose other than those described here.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It only goes through the service providers the website needs to work:

• Hosting: Vercel Inc., which keeps the website online.
• Form delivery: the service hired to deliver form messages to our email.
• WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to talk to us there.

Some of these services store data on servers outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. In those cases, the international transfer takes place under the conditions allowed by the LGPD, with providers that adopt appropriate security measures. Data may also be shared when required by law or by a competent authority.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to reply to you and follow up on the project conversation. If the contact turns into a job, the information may be kept for the period required by legal and tax obligations. After that, it is deleted.

Your rights

At any time and free of charge, you can request:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
• portability of your data to another provider, as regulated;
• information about who we share your data with;
• deletion of your data, except where the law requires it to be kept.

Security

The website runs on an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we take reasonable care to protect your data. No system is completely immune to failures; if an incident poses a relevant risk or harm, you will be notified as required by law.

The website links to Behance, ArtStation, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, the Crush book store and EBAC. Once you visit them, each one's own privacy policy applies.
