Who we are

The website belongs to PATRICIA SONODA COSTA, CNPJ 62.767.866/0001-80, based in Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, working as Sonoodles Art Studio: illustration, storyboard, concept art, character design, props and environments.

What the website is for

The website is a portfolio: it presents work, services and ways to get in touch. It does not sell products. The Crush book, the course and the mentoring are offered on their own pages and channels, under their own conditions.

Copyright of the artwork

All illustrations, drawings, texts, videos and other content on the website are protected by Brazilian Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998) and international treaties. They belong to Patrícia Sonoda or to the clients the projects were created for.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• copy, download, reproduce, modify or redistribute the artwork;
• use the artwork in products, advertising or any other commercial purpose;
• use the artwork, in whole or in part, to train, feed or fine-tune artificial intelligence systems, or as input reference in image generation tools;
• present the artwork as someone else's.

Sharing a link to the website or to a project, with proper credit, is always welcome.

Third-party trademarks

Client and partner names and logos appear only to identify completed work and belong to their respective owners. Their presence does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of the website.

Quote requests

Sending a message through the form or WhatsApp does not create a contract or obligation for either party. Deadlines, fees, usage rights and other project conditions are set out in a specific proposal or contract.

Links to other websites

The website points to third-party services such as Behance, ArtStation, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, the Crush book store and EBAC. We do not control those websites, and each follows its own terms and policies.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the website online and accurate, but it is provided as is: it may undergo maintenance, go offline or have its content changed without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the website or from third-party services accessed through it.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, are chosen to settle any disputes, without prejudice to a consumer's right to file suit in their place of residence.
